About GreenKey Storage – Experts in Secure Storage Units

Steve is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Greenkey Storage. With over a decade of experience in asset management, investment, and development, he has driven strong investor returns through value-add self storage acquisitions. Previously, he worked in oil and gas business development. Steve holds an MBA from Rice University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Denver. He lives in Houston with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.

Kevin is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Greenkey Storage, where he leads acquisitions and oversees portfolio operations. He holds degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and Rice Business School. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with family and friends, following Texas and Houston sports, golfing, and being on the lake.

Angela Guinand is the Operations Manager at Greenkey Storage, overseeing day-to-day operations across all locations and leading team performance, vendor management, and operational processes. With over 15 years of experience in operations and customer service leadership, she is passionate about building efficient systems and delivering exceptional tenant experiences. Angela holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and lives in Cali, Colombia with her daughters.

Camilo grew up in Manizales, Colombia. He studied Economics at Universidad de los Andes, where he also completed a minor in Finance. At Greenkey Storage, Camilo serves as an Acquisition Analyst, focusing on acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, investor relations, and financial modeling. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and golf, as well as spending time with friends.

AJ is a dedicated Lead Property Manager with Greenkey Storage who assists in management support and statewide onsite operations. She grew up in Dallas Tx, and currently resides in East Tx, where she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, riding her motorcycle and fishing.

Mark was born and raised in Colorado but has been in Tyler for 18 years. He graduated with degrees in Business Administration and Economics. Mark has spent over 40 years in management and loves providing the best customer service that he can to everyone. At Greenkey Storage, Mark is the Property manager in Tyler and field manager. Mark is married and has 3 grown children and 9 grandkids. He enjoys cruising, sports, concerts and his church.

Lisa was born and raised in Houston, Tx., she moved to the Brenham area in 2023. She has been in the self-storage industry for 20+ years. She is dedicated to treating every customer as an individual and with respect. In her free time, she likes to read, go fishing, or just have fun playing with her dogs.

Jennifer was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas. She relocated to Big Spring, Texas in October 2025, where she began her career with the company as a relief manager. Through her dedication and strong work ethic, Jennifer worked her way up to a full-time manager position and now proudly represents GreenKey Storage. 

Wendy is a dedicated Property Manager for Greenkey Storage, where she oversees daily operations and ensures a seamless experience for every tenant. Wendy spends her spare time with her children and grandchildren and enjoys a good Netflix series whenever she gets the chance.

Jeffrey was born and raised in Abilene, Texas. Jeffrey, Property Manager in Abilene, is highly proactive, motivated, and consistently focused on keeping operations running smoothly. He is attentive to tenant needs and takes pride in building strong, positive relationships, ensuring a great experience while maintaining high standards at the property. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys traveling and making lasting memories with 

Evelyn works remotely and brings nearly 30 years of customer service experience supporting U.S. customers. She has been delivering exceptional customer experiences to Greenkey Storage tenants for almost four years. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking for her family and binge-watching Supernatural with her two daughters.

Brianne works remotely and has 12 years of customer service experience supporting U.S. customers, 2 of which are with Greenkey Storage. At home, she spends her time reading and dabbling into various D.I.Y. projects.

Volt Alfuerto is a detail-oriented professional with experience in customer service, account management, and operations support. He specializes in handling client concerns, managing billing and account issues, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. Known for his strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.

Owen is our After-Hours Monitoring Agent, dedicated to ensuring the safety and smooth operation of our properties outside of regular business hours. He approaches every situation with attention to detail, responsiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility. Owen works diligently to monitor activity, address concerns promptly, and provide peace of mind to both tenants and the team, ensuring everything runs seamlessly at all times.

Marc ensures the safety and smooth operation of our properties after hours. He is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to giving his best. Outside of work, Marc enjoys anime, going to the gym, and watching Korean dramas and K-pop. He values his time highly and believes in making the most of every opportunity.

Gaylon was born in Slaton, Texas, and has called Tyler home for nearly 50 years. He graduated from John Tyler High School and attended Tyler Junior College. With over 26 years of experience in self-storage facility maintenance, Gaylon brings extensive knowledge and dedication to his work. He enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors, and he and his wife, Linda, are active members of Cornerstone Church.

Daniel brings a proactive, hands-on approach to keeping Greenkey Storage facilities in top-tier condition. As a dedicated Maintenance Technician, he is responsible for ensuring that all Greenkey locations are safe, secure, clean and fully operational for our customers. 

Danny is an Air Force veteran and has been doing maintenance for the last 20 years. He recently joined the Greenkey family and is excited to join the team. He is a proud dad to a dog and cat.
